Márta Kiss's exhibition In My Dreams I Saw depicts the stages of an inner journey. The images reflect her work with personality parts, encounters with archetypes, and messages of the unconscious condensed into symbolic images. Márta's art also bears the imprint of an interesting period of rethinking in painting.
The paintings in the exhibition I saw it in my dreams are born out of a desire to meet the self, where Márta tries to translate a piece of her personality, her emotions or her experiences into paintings. In these often archetypal images, we can discover ourselves, we can connect with parts of ourselves, whether we are aware of them or not.
The exhibition will be open from 29 August to 4 October 2024 (Wednesday-Friday 12.00-18.00). By attending the event, visitors agree to be photographed or video recorded during the event.
