The story of the exhibition starts back in 1994 when it was called Antique Interior, held yearly in the Museum of Ethnography, then from 1996 in Kunsthalle. Since 2019, the art fair has been known as Art and Antique where contemporary art was represented besides classical artworks. At this event the most famous Hungarian galleries and art dealers are presenting their unique works of art which are selected specially for this occasion.
